Toys R Us is the largest specialty toy store in the world. Launched by the Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai in 1995, Toys R Us now exist in twelve locations in the Gulf market and has emerged as undisputed market leader for all children related products.

The stores offer an unrivalled range of toys, games, sporting goods, electronics, software, baby products, children's apparel and juvenile furniture all under one roof.In this role you will be responsible for:

* Acknowledging and responding to individual needs of the customer.
* Based on information gained, select appropriate products for the customer, (considering age of the child, trends and budget).
* Promoting best-sellers and current WOW offers to increase basket size.
* Promoting  Toys R Us' exclusive product and service.
* Using different sales techniques and channels, according to the situation/activity (tills, dressing room etc).
* Operating the till accurately and efficiently.
* Managing queues at the till point.
* Talking to the customer about their purchase.
* Converting refunds to exchanges.
* Selecting the appropriate wrapping materials for the product.
* Closing the sale, by thanking the customer and encouraging them to come back.
* Receiving and storage of new arrived products.
* Following up instructions on presentation of the product together with the VM.
* Being involved in checking the inventory and orders.
* Taking care of the storage room and make sure it is organized and clean.
