Job description / Role
My client, an international luxury brand, is recruiting for a number of Arabic speaking sales associate positions based in Doha, Qatar. All Sales Associates arre expected to lead the selling efforts within the retail store and to ensure that a customers experience in our store is nothing other than outstanding.
Individuals who are looking to apply for this position, should be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrating exemplary customer service to create a delightful customer experience
- Building and maintaining a loyal client base
- Providing clients with product knowledge on various designer brands
- Managing the arrival, pricing, and presentation of new merchandise
Requirements
- Genuine interest and experience in high-end luxury fashion.
- Retail sales or customer service (preferably in high end hospitality) experience is a must
- Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
- Must have a sense of style and fashion to help with elite clientele.
- Detail oriented with a pleasing personality; - demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude.
- Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and should be very comfortable with using the Internet.
- Existing intimate knowledge of one or more designer brands preferred (Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, etc.)
