Job description / Role
Sales:
Must have complete knowledge of all merchandise in the store to provide excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction in order to maximise sales and contribute to achieve stores targets in line with the shop and brand business plan. Must have deep understanding and knowledge of womens fit requirements to be able to recommend appropriate products
Standards:
Ensure the health and safety procedures set by the company management is carried out in the store. To keep the store in very good working conditions, through the highest merchandise display standards, store maintenance in accord with company and brand procedure and policies
Communication:
To provide & communicate all customer/merchandise quality feedback to piers and store manager.
Requirements
Education:
High school graduate
Must be fashion focus with good communication, interpersonal and strong multi-languages skills.
Must be positive, self-motivated and well-presented. A good team player, prepared to learn new skills, customer service and customer satisfaction oriented, possessing an enthusiasm for selling.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in fashion retail industry, with at least 2-3 years as a senior sales advisor in a high service retail concept.
