Sales Associate - Yas Island Abu Dhabi

On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting Female Sales Associates to be based in Abu Dhabi. This position will be for various Premium Fashion clothing brands for a new mall that will operate in the Emirate. The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure that personal and store targets are being met.

- The Sales Associate will primarily be in charge of Sales and achieving the personal, store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
- She must provide excellent Customer Service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.
- Upholding and Maintaining the Visual Merchandising aspect of the store, by ensuring that products are correctly coded, tagged, priced etc in order to make certain that brand and that the company standards are met are also a part of the duties of the Sales Associate.

Ideal candidates for this role must at least have a High School Diploma thats been attested in the UAE Embassy of their home country and can join immediately. Successful candidates for this position will be provided a salary that ranges from AED 5,000 to AED 8,000, plus other great benefits and a promise of a good career development.

Requirements

- Must be at least a High School Graduate
- Must have an attested Education Certificate
- Must have a Presentable Image that can represent the Brand
- Must be able to join immediately
- Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi

Desirable:
- Knowledge in Fashion
- Prior Sales Experience in the Retail industry
