Job description / Role

Objectives:
- Frontline point of contact for customers
- Assist customer in making an informed purchase
- Provide customer satisfaction
- Work as a team player
- Achieve individual and team objectives.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide memorable shopping experience to customers.
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
- Provide advice to customers with the right information at all times.
- Generate sales and help store meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Facilitate repeat purchases, brand recall and increase conversions.
- Follow-up with regular customers.
- Positively respond to customers complaints and comments.
- Well groomed according to the brand and company image.
- Updated knowledge of product ranges, models, pricing and discounts.
- Keep store presentable and display material placed as per set standards.
- Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales area.
- Processing payments of various kinds.
- Utilizing relevant product knowledge.
- Strictly follow and execute SOP.
- Regular filing for store documents.
- Report to superior if encounter issues out of control.
- Be responsible for the safety of products in boutique.
- Punctuality.
- Cooperate with peers ensuring a collegial environment.

Requirements

- High School Diploma
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail
- Product Knowledge
