Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

One of the worlds most prestigious luxury retail groups is looking to hire two Sales or Senior Sales Executives to join them. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of working with luxury products within the Watches and Fine Jewellery industry, be extremely presentable and have experience in dealing with high net worth individuals. You must also be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that each client receives outstanding customer service.
- Cultivating strong client relationship.
- Carrying out communication to customers (VIP invitation etc...) under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Improving the sales conversion rate.
- Completing all sales transactions and maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at Boutique register.
- Assisting colleagues in the sales process when needed.
- Receiving stock; ensuring re-wraps are done promptly.
- Transferring stock on the system between Boutiques, as per company procedures.
- Providing feedback for processing and replenishing merchandise.
- Participating in the visual merchandising of the Boutique as per the Maison guidelines.
- Assisting with the inventory process.
- Assisting with the Boutique housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays.
- Representing the Brand in local events such as Charity events, Galas etc... under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience in retail sales within luxury Watches and Fine Jewellery.
- Proven sales track record.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service.
- Good interpersonal skills with service minded nature and outgoing personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good presentation skills.
