Sales Associate

• To greet, assist and serve customers in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales
• Promoting the Brand / Service as per the company policy
• Maintain & update product knowledge
• Adhere to the policies & processes of the company with respect to operation of store
• Build and maintain good relations with the existing customers
• Achieving sales targets through selling and up selling
• Responsible for stock replenishment, promotion of products and new launches
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising in terms of display and stock rotation
• Ordering & Receiving Goods.
• Responsible for the shop.
• Taking inventory.
• Verifying all transactions and sales at the stores and ensuring accounting accuracy of all entries at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales and customer service in retail industry Luxury Brand
• Social communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Highly motivated and a team player
• Self starter with a good business sense
• Creative and proactive approach towards challenges
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
