Sales Consultant - Department Store

Job description / Role

As a Sales Cosultant in one of our Department Stores, your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships with our clients. .

You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your fashion sense and selling experience will make you an important part of our team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to delivering excellent customer service through; Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating high product knowledge; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

- Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of your product
- Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and the maintenance of a client file
- Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions at all times.
- Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service.
- Handles difficult situation professionaly
- Maintain grooming standards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc.

Requirements

- Possesses drive, is goal and target driven
- Demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude in dealing with our customers
- Ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment and can cope up with change in the fashion industry
- Capable of working with a diversed team
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
- Experience in Retail Sales
