Employment: Full Time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Property Consultant will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualify clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
• Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via telephone calls, emails, letters and meetings.
• Attend property viewings with prospective clients
• Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments and villas, for sale
• Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
• Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
• Complete details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential clients, etc…
• Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)

• OTE: 70,000-85,000 GBP Tax Free!! (400,000 - 600,000 AED per annum)

Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years Sales Experience in Real Estate
• Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE Market
• Proven Sales track record
• Strong communication skills
• Customer Relations Expertise
• Holds a valid driving license
• Computer literate
• RERA Certification is a PLUS

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School graduate and possess a High School Diploma/Certificate
