Job description / Role
The Sales Consultant will work for Austria Business Center and report directly to the Business Center Manager. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the rental of office units within various office locations within Dubai.
You will be responsible for:
-Dealing with rentals and renewals
-Increasing revenue
-Telephone sales
-Dealing with clients queries
-Generating and receiving leads
-Upselling
-Cross selling
Requirements
-3 years minimum direct sales experience
-Excellent telephone manner
-Real Estate/Property/Business Center experience an advantage
-Good educational background
-Able to work under pressure
-Self motivated
-Driven
