The Role


The Role


Play an active role in identifying new opportunities and introduce the company packages and application systems to the customers. Also provide sales consultancy to the customers in order to conclude sales of products.

Accountabilities:
1. Conducts researches and market studies in order to identify the potential customers using all available resources such as media, internal, personal communication, and visits.
2. Keeps and maintains customer database in order to periodically contact the users and build good relations with them. Also does the best to increase the list of the customers.
3. Keeps abreast with the latest technologies related to the products being marketed or with the sales techniques thus attending seminars, exhibitions, and training courses related to such areas.
4. Follow the basic selling steps while performing the professional selling method. Starting with the prospecting and ending with customer follow-ups.
5. Reports all the problems and difficulties to the management that the customers are facing or queries that are raising in order to assist solving such problems and keeping customers as delighted as possible.

Requirements


Requirements


1. Education: A University Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the areas of hardware, software and networking troubleshooting and preferably in sales and marketing activities.
3. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Preferably Arabic.
