Job description / Role

This role is a unique opportunity with a leading Global brand and is a customer facing role which requires very high levels of customer service.

- Conduct product demonstrations
- Manage customer queries
- Up selling all products
- High level of product knowledge
- Act as a promoter of the successful brand
- Ensure the store remains tidy and to brand standards
- Highlight any key issues to Store Management/Seniors

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, high standards of - English (verbal and written)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong presentation/demonstration skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and fellow colleagues
- Good problem solving skills
