RequirementsRequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role with an internationally recognised retail brand. • A High School diploma or equivalent. • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Fluency in both spoken and written English. • Proficiency in cash handling procedures. • Customer focused and sales driven with the ability to achieve targets. • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evening shifts. Advantages: • A qualification in Retail or Business Studies. • A working knowledge of Navision ERP system. • Experience in a team leader or supervisor role. • Familiar with commercially-focused visual merchandising. • A valid, clean UAE Driving License. • Fluency in Arabic. • Work experience in the UAE.
