Sales Coordinator - AF Electronics - Bahrain

Al Futtaim Electronics one of the largest business houses in the Gulf. has been the sole distributor for Toshiba products in the UAE for over 31 years. Al-Futtaim Electronics - Toshiba has a wide range of products from state-of-the-art notebook computers to digital copiers, fax machines, consumer electronics including projections TVs, DVD players and home appliances.

About the Job:
Sales Coordinator is responsible for organising and coordinating operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness. In this role you will be responsible for:

Maintain SAP activities:
- Maintenance of SAP ~ Handle all SAP activities for business, such as supplier creation article, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice verification, pricing management, order pipeline etc. Processing of Sales orders/Delivery notes/Sales Return/Credit Notes/Credit Memos in SAP.
Receivable posting in SAP (receipting).

Inbound Operations:
- Managing, monitoring and analysing all inbound operations.
- Provide update on a daily basis to the sales and management team.
- Maintain customer LPO records.
- MIS Maintain data base for reporting.
- Coordination with warehouse & Customer`s goods receiving team for market deliveries.
- Coordination with customer`s Accounts department for receivables/ deductions / statement of accounts.
- Coordination with SSF for Releases / Rebate Posting etc.
- Pricing of articles / Offer bundle creations in SAP.
- Periodical Circulation of stock report to Sales team.
- Assist sales team with other sales & collection related jobs.
- Assist in answering of in-coming telephone calls.

Reporting Activities:
- Prepare & upload weekly stock an sell out reports for NOL and TOL.

Requirements

- Degree holder with good systems knowledge.
- Minimum 3-4 years of related experience.
- Excellent MS Office (Word/ Excel) skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
