Employment: Full Time

A leading global company specialized in professional equipment is seeking a Sales Coordinator. You will be directly reporting to the Sr. Manager Sales Administration & Logistics

Job Purpose / Role
Support the company in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets. This role is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with new and existing end users, authorized distributors and agents. Sales Coordinators are required to respond to customer order related inquires and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for various kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation of the system / processes and fulfillment of the orders.

Main Duties
- Manage day to day functions providing support to colleagues, assist in resolving issues, escalating matters appropriately
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient and confidential handling of data.
- Provide an important link between Sales and the client.
- Good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets.
- Sales order processing and processing all sales-related paperwork.
- Tracking process from order to delivery to ensure that all is happening with estimated time frames and informing the client each step of the way.
- A good understanding of incoterms and logistics shipping goods from point to point.
- Checking dispatch documentation and dealing with customer inquiries.
- Monitor and flag poor performance of key accounts against sales targets and forecasts and initiate corrective action with Account Manager.
- Updating the status of sales order in SAP.
- Maintaining an efficient work environment.
- Basic understanding of financial terms and requirements from buyer vs. seller.
- Follow up with Customer and Finance department on the status of Accounts Receivable accounts and on any corrective action necessary to maintain sales and minimize bad debts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business related field

Specialist Knowledge:
- Logistics and any Order Processing tool

Skills:
- Fluent in French, Arabic and English
- Excellent customer service skills, adaptable, highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Polite, persuasive and professional communication.
- Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi-task.
- Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good liaison with all other department members.

- Understanding numeric data.

- Good all round communication.
- At least 3 years experience in dealing with international business/trade, preferably within a sales support/administrative related capacity.
- Analytical and problem solving skills to handle the diverse problems created through handling direct customer accounts.
- Working knowledge of international banking procedures and financial issues relating to money transfers and Letters of Credit etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and within demanding time constraints.
