* Receive tender documents, follow up for new enquiries, collection of specifications.
* Study tender documents, drawings and submittals, collect site data and dimensions as required for site.
* Post order management like follow up for drawing approval, estimation, preparing quotation  etc.
* All Routine works required for sales coordination.
* Prepare compliance statement, technical submittals.
* Attend site coordination meetings, attend clarification meetings.
* Coordinate and liaise for drawing preparations. 

Requirements

Education:
M.B.A. Marketing
B.B.A

Experience:
16 Years Gulf Experience in various positions.
Technical Skills:
Can Read and understand mechanical and electrical elevator drawings.

Behavioral Skills:
- Self Motivated and hard working.
- Able to coordinate several task simultaneously.
- Ability to grasp new ideas
