Job description / Role
- Organize, Control and Closely follow up with our Export and Private label customers.
- Integrating and aligning our sales plans with available processes, IT systems and other areas in order to increase organization capability and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining an efficient and effective system to achieve agreed shipping targets.
- Ensure close and effective relations with our customers which aim to support sales objectives.
- Ensuring an accurate and timely delivery of all reports required by the management.
- Liaising between other departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to our customers needs.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled as per requested delivery terms.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Requirements
- Holder of a BA or a B.Sc. from recognized university. - At least 3 years experience in FMCG environment.
- Computer literate.
- Good Negotiating Skills.
- Good command of the English and French preferably.
