Sales Coordinator - AF Motors - Parts Distribution Center

Job Purpose:
The overall purpose of this role is to efficiently support the Parts Sales Support Team and handle customer issues, queries and problems in a professional and courteous manner to achieve Targets and customer satisfaction.

This role will report to the Sales Support Manager - National Sales Department Parts.

Main Accountabilities:
* Achieving parts' sales targets according to the set objectives
* Providing best support to the field sales team
* Preparing sales orders and invoices and keeping proper filing
* Handling and providing prices of parts in response to telephonic enquiries from Fleet, Govt. and Dealers.
* Developing sales volumes in the designated areas
* Ensure you strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as laid down for the business.

Requirements

* Graduate certificate
* A minimum of 3 years' experience within spare parts operations, preferably Automotive parts sales
* EPC knowledge.
* Good knowledge of MS Office products
* Excellent communication skills
* PC literate; knowledge of SAP systems
* Relationship builder; the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
* Good command of the English language
* Professional personal appearance
