Sales Coordinator

Job description / Role

Key Objectives:

By coordinating with the Sales and Logistics department, as well as generating sales report, the job holder will fulfill the need of the division in terms of stock monitoring and allocation.

Position Responsibilities:

* Report to HOD with all relevant documents and
coordinate, facilitate and reports the sales in the
sales department.
* Handling of sales documentation (Invoices / PO’s)
* Manage and allocate stock and product orders for
customers
* Arrange direct shipments
* Generate sales reports for the division
* Coordination with logistics & documentation for
shipments
* Perform a variety of tasks. A certain degree of
creativity and attitude is required
* Work under general supervision.

* Forecasting from distributors and Sales
* Complete ownership of current week’s sales
* Allocation and planning of next 2 weeks
* Releases and follow up with distributors and SDLS
* Sales Analysis
* Market information compilation
* Daily reports

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience, Education and Licensure:

* Bachelors Degree; University educated is an
advantage
* The candidate shall be presentable and possess a
professional attitude
* At least 4-5 years of experience in SCM in retail or
consumer goods environment
* The candidate shall be presentable and possess a

* Proficiency in Excel is a must
* Experience in Middle East markets preferred
* Strong quantitative background with an excellent
understanding of the issues and processes
required to deliver high quality results

• Language Skills:

Ability to communicate and respond to common inquiries from sales and logistics department, customers, or members of the business community. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.

Valued but not required skills and experience:
