Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1) Create updated accounts for all clients in Opera system.
2) Monitor clients productivity and generate periodical productivity reports.
3) Answer all clients inquiries over the phone and through correspondence.
4) Prepare variety of contracts such as annual rate agreements, group agreement, long term lease ...etc.
5) Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
6) Conduct telephone sales calls to obtain information that may lead to sales opportunities.
7) Cooperate and support Reservation department.

Requirements

- College Diploma in secretarial services or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years in Hotel operation within sales or reservation.
- Communication Skills.
- Computer Skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Analytical Skills.
