Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country for both Commercial and Military divisions. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Directors of Sales “Commercial & Military” in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
• Manage the pipeline management; make sure forecasts are reported accurate, resources are deployed efficiently and sales force productivity is increased.
• Demonstrates strong partnership with other Sales teams in the successful execution of standard processes and adoption of Sales paradigms (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Quota, Quotes, Campaign management, change management, etc.).
• Participates in the CM (Change Management) process and the deployment of solutions to the production environment.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with directors of Sales “Commercial & Military”.
• Develops sales and sales support staff.
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Developing relationships with clients
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
• Maximising new business development opportunities both Commercial & Military
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Helping directors of Sales “Commercial & Military” developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Helping directors of Sales “Commercial & Military” in Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Collaborates with directors of Sales “Commercial & Military” to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Collaborates with directors of Sales “Commercial & Military” to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show.
