Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be recruiting for one of the world's leading Built Environment, FM, and energy management companies. Our client services major infrastructures around the globe with 25,000+ people and rapidly expanding strategy in the Middle East.
Reporting to Regional Managing Director you will be responsible for the overall development of existing and new business, tender processes, client presentations, and contract win. The target market is large infrastructures including warehousing, retail and residential build, and healthcare facilities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years in a similar role and looking for progression to autonomy. You must have team management experience and be flexible on regional travel. You should have exposure across hard and soft FM services.
