The RoleThe RoleMy client is a joint venture established in KSA between a local group of companies with a MNC. The company manufactures and services Medium & High Voltage Electric Motors from their plant in Dammam and provides their service throughout the Middle East and North Africa region. Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a capable and experience Sales & Marketing Director to lead their existing team whom will be reporting to the Chairman The main responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Director will be: Responsible for setting up of all sales targets, assigning individual targets to the sales team. Training and development of sales staffs as well as developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Apart from team management, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for the region and overseeing the marketing Although this is a senior position, my client is looking for someone who is completely hands on and someone who is willing to be involve throughout the sales cycle |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering At least 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferable in the electrical industry Candidates who has worked for MNCs are preferred Arabic speaker is highly preferred, fluency in English is a must Good presentation and negotiation skills A go- getter, proactive and can do attitude, someone who is hands on throughout the sales process Positive, outgoing attitude with exceptional closing skills Team and client management skills and experience Proven sales record |
