Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a major developer with a presence in commercial, residential and hospitality properties and a focus on expanding within the GCC and beyond. Our client is a leader in the region is looking to hire a Sales Director for a newly created position.
This role will involve building relationships and attending events and exhibitions to network with investors. You will be accountable for building a database, developing relationships and looking at the strategic sales plan for the region. You will also work closely with the tactical team based in Dubai. As this is a newly created position you will have the opportunity to set up the sales policies and procedures as well as sales strategy along with Senior Management.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have extensive sales experience within the property market. Ideally you should be based in Saudi Arabia and have experience in this region however strong candidates from other GCC countries with success as a Sales Director within the property sector will also be considered. Arabic speaking skills would be highly beneficial however not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly renowned property giant in a start-up setting developing a small team in a fast growing and emerging environment.
