The Role


Country Sales Director required for a Multinational Technology firm based in Riyadh, KSA. The individual will be required to drive the professional services business across the whole of Saudi Arabia. The role will require a sales orientated individual with excellent understanding of IT Professional Services across multiple industries i.e. Banking, Finance, Telco, government, Oil & gas etc. Currently only Saudi Nationals are being considered for this position so please do not waste your time if you do not hold a Saudi passport. The role encompasses excellent tax free salary + significant benefits.

The ideal candidate will be a demonstrated leader and have:
- Excellent in proposing and negotiating IT solutions and negotiate to close deals.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Basic Project Management and team building skills.
- Proposal documentation preparation and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse sales management team from a country wide perspective

The role requires:
- At least 10 years experience of Sales and sales management in the IT industry.
- Ability to align sales strategy to international process and ambitions.
- Knowledge of the corporate IT requirement and strategies.
- Knowledge of SW application implementation, applications development and business and IT consulting.
- Knowledge of new developments in the applications trends.
- Knowledge of the classic corporate back office and new front office applications including: ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, middleware and other new applications.
- Ability to relate new global IT trends to offering in Saudi Arabia
