You would be responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all the sales & market activities in order to successfully achieve / meet the Company’s sales targets for retention, growth and profitability.
You should have good experience from telecommunication systems and networks such as tetra, wireless, security & surveillance systems & RF radio systems & IT networks.

Job Objective – a broad picture of the role:
Full delegated authority to act on behalf of the Executive Director in their absence.
Responsible for the development and execution of the Foundation's technical strategy.
Provides leadership and direction for technical staff, setting an effective agenda and ensuring performance goals are met and set.
Serve as a mentor, coach and guide to senior staff, particularly with regards to the needs of the employee or client.
Provides guidance, as requested by the Managing Director, business development and partnership activities as well as marketing.
Other duties as requested by the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities – main duties, responsibilities and outputs of the role.
Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.
Expected to manage all the field and in house sales functions of The Company's facilities. The position specifically is responsible for all sales; indoor or outdoor and also for all customer support related functions of the business.
Responsible in defining and managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales team.
Expected to spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with his sales personnel.
Involved, in coordination with the GM, HR & CFO for proposing compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
Expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Negotiating distribution agreements and identifying new contract agents. Active participation at trade fair & related exhibitions.
Performed market research on new emerging products and solutions
Analyzing and recognizing customer’s needs and developing optimum solutions.
Managing staff responsibilities, authority and accountability.
Performs any other related duties as required.
Responsible for negotiation of contracts, preparation of budgets, ensuring that the targets are achieved, sourcing the items, qualifying, and selling products and services to large targeted.

Middle East Experience
Qualifications / Experience:
Masters degree (preferably in Electronics Engineering)
Minimum of 7 years of in a similar
Telecom Industry experience – Good knowledge
