Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has just opened for a Sales Director to join a dynamic team within a highly successful FMCG business in the UAE.
The Sales Director will be expected to:
* Drive the achievement of the business sales and growth targets
* Develop and implement innovative sales plans and strategies to maximise the business potentials
* Review all financial statements and identify points of improvement to further utilise the companys business resources
* Establish strong business relationships the clients senior management
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or related. MBA would be a plus.
* At least 10 years of work experience with substantial years within a Sales Director or General Manager role
* Excellent team and people management skills at a director level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding analytical and forecasting skills
* Self motivated and results oriented
