An excellent opportunity has just opened for a Sales Director to join a dynamic team within a highly successful FMCG business in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Sales Director will be expected to:
* Drive the achievement of the business sales and growth targets
* Develop innovative sales plans and strategies to maximise the business potentials
* Oversee the implementation of all sales plan, ensuring that they are aligned to all business policies and standards
* Review all financial statements and identify points of improvement to further utilise the companys business resources
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales or related
* Substantial years of work experience within a Sales Director role
* Proven track record of working for a similar food FMCG business
* UAE experience is a must
* Excellent team and people management skills at a director level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding analytical and forecasting skills
* Self motivated and results oriented
