Sales Engineer (After Market) - Saudi Arabia

Our client is a well-known Multi National in the Oil and Gas Services Sector is rapidly expanding, due to this growth they are now seeking an experienced Sales Engineer (Aftermarket) to join their team in KSA.

This is a challenging role where you will be both commercial and technically orientated and responsible for clients enquiry.

The Candidate is expected to get educated on the product range and enhance his application skills in a short period of time. This shall be achieved through a process of self-learning, company training and market exposure.

Responsibilities
- Performs basic technical and commercial review of clients enquiry
- Collects necessary information for system calculation and design
- Prepares quotes for spares in coordination with spares department.
- Assists in gathering information related to product applications, technical assistance, pricing strategies and competitive information to field sales
- Shares information on product changes in equipment or use of materials which would result in cost reduction or more efficient operation
- Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers or field sales offices to assist in resolution of problems or complaints.
- Assists in preparing and distributing literature, pricing information, technical data and promotional material to customers
- Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

- Willingness to travel as requested.
- Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
- Confident Microsoft Office ability Excel etc.
- Above 3 years experience is required.
- KSA Driving License is a must.
