Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Visiting existing and potential customers; generate and pursue project sales leads; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

- Determine and adjust sales strategy based on analyzing and understanding changing market conditions.

- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

- Support the GM in the market to deliver customer proposals.

- Provide market intelligence to GM including identifying and communicating market conditions that hinder sales.

- Customer/account management: to gain knowledge of the customers departments, ongoing projects.

- Assist Finance Dept with collection of payments.

- Design, prepare and distribute marketing materials, product presentations, both general and customer specific.

- Prepare, send, and follow-up quotations.

- Follow up sales orders across all departments - sales, production, and delivery - to ensure positive customer experience and to develop customer loyalty.

Requirements

- Products knowledge of fastening technology for concrete constructions and composite beams for slim floor structures, ERP system knowledge, team and cooperative skills, sales planning, willing to travel, tenacity and positive attitude.

- Ability to develop relationships with customer employees at all levels of their organization.

- Ability to continuously develop ones self-knowledge of products and solutions.
