The Role


The Role


Overall accountability for developing and selling Hilti products and services to Oil & Gas customers & projects and to ensure sales growth and profitability of Hilti systems within these projects.

- Lead sales activities for buying and potential customers within the Oil & Gas sector
- Apply a structured Sales Management Process to maximize sales opportunities and increase market penetration to Oil & Gas customers.
- Develop new accounts / customers and build a high level long term relationship with decision makers within the Oil & Gas sector
- Provide extensive job-site demonstration of Hilti products to potential buyers /customers and provide Hilti solutions including non-engineering products to cover all major applications
- Manage and develop the growth of key products within the Oil & Gas sector and ensure successful introduction of new products
- Timely reporting on daily call plan/report, weekly/monthly business plans and key jobsite/project reports

Engineering degree or BSc. or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical
• 4-5 years frontline experience in sales handling large accounts within the construction industry or Oil & Gas industry
• Comfortable negotiating through all layers of a large organization from procurement to site staff
• Able to convince, drive, challenge and sell and explain technical products
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English & Arabic
• Based in Kuwait with Transferable Residency # 18
• Kuwaiti Driving License
