Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Managing entire gamut of activities in retail / dealer business comprising Sales, Marketing, Distribution & customer care.
2. Developing strategy to gain market share & counter share in retail business.
3. Identifying Key Retailers & Catchment Area to grow consistently and strengthen brand presence.
4. Interacting with the regional marketing team to develop local retailer level plans, understand product performance trends & Product launches.
5. Actively involved in developing & supporting retail sales team & tint machine service engineer.
6. Forecasting and formulating annual retail sales budgets and setting of key performance initiatives for all the key accounts at specific market area.
7. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies as a part of brand building and market development effort.
8. Identifying and develop relationship with key applicators as our active reference.
9. Ensure payments & collection targets, Settlement of incentive scheme for dealers and influencers as well as monitoring progress and initiating corrective actions.
10. Developing plans for Demand Planning exercise, Dealer retail audit and planning, annual sales and activities for the Unit, re-structuring and reallocation of sales territories and inventory management. Segmenting the markets into clusters and identify markets of growths and design strategies accordingly.
11. Setting sales and collection targets for branch, framing monthly schemes for dealers and influencers as well as monitoring progress and initiating corrective actions.
12. Benchmarking the service levels for sales depot and its daily operations and adhering to Warehouse initiatives and other customer servicing initiatives.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Graduate with relevant qualifications
- Nature and length of previous experience: 7 + Years in the relevant field.
- Gender Preference: Male
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership Ability, Good Negotiator, Pleasing & Well Behaved
