The Role


The Role


Primary responsibilities:

1. Generate leads, meet customers, make effective presentations, understand customer requirement, review designs for audio solutions.
2. Build relationships with main contractors, consultants, interior designers.

Additional responsibilities & expectations:

1. Prepare the assigned territory PSD annual and multi year budget in consultation with the UAE PSD Sales Manager.
2. Manage dealers in the region by building relationships with the sales team of dealers.
3. Present the division’s reporting to the UAE PSD Sales Manager on monthly basis along with projected business outlook.
4. Manage relationships with the designated clientele and assigned accounts.
5. Map the Hospitality and Retail landscape, size the market opportunities and prioritize key targets in the assigned territory.
6. Provide feedback with regards to competitor’s activities in the market and their potential impact on Bose Corporation.

Operational:

1. Use the appropriate systems to plan, track and measure PSD sales and operational performance so that management is equipped with the tools and data needed to make strategic and/or tactical businesses decisions.
2. Provide a weekly status report summarizing the group's activity at all levels.
3. Implement and participate in account management best practices in other customer segments.

Education and skills:

1. Bachelors degree in engineering, business degree (MBA) would be beneficial.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Energetic and motivated individual with good business acumen.
4. Ability to network effectively and forge long term relationships.

Experience:

1. 3-5 years sales work experience in UAE.
2. Successful and proven sales track record.
3. Experience in selling professional solutions to the specified market related to hospitality, education or retail sectors.
