Job description / Role
Salary: 19k AED per month plus benefits package
GOAL:
Preparation and follow-up of offers for Power Systems products and product packages manufactured by the company's business product lines (Power & Distribution Transformers, Switchgears etc) with the objective to realize the yearly order intake budgets set by management for the respective PLs and region.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Registration and market data management
- Registration of all RFQs in a database to allow efficient data-management for purposes of market study and offer follow-up. Gathering, maintaining and organizing data to maximize offer output.
2. Selection and screening
- Screening of all incoming RFQs and selection, in coordination with sales director and PL quotation departments, the opportunities with the best ratio expected margin / foreseen work and those opportunities with of strategic importance.
- Screening of incoming orders and comparing them to the offers and agreements made with customers.
3. Preparation of offers
- Managing the activities required to obtain in a timely manner the data required to prepare offers: screening of technical specifications, analysis of commercial specifications, and coordination with different departments (PL quotation departments, legal and finance function, systems and service departments).
- Preparing, within the respective deadlines, attractive offers in coordination with the sales director and PL quotation departments, reconciling in the best possible manner the technical and commercial expectations of the customer with the company's best interests.
4. Follow-up
- Ensure the required passive and active follow-up of offers, dealing with customers questions, providing clarifications and making amendments offers to improve the chances of success.
5. Negotiation
- Negotiating with customers in order to turn offers into contracts, considering the yearly order intake objectives and in close coordination with the sales director.
6. Communication
- Ensure the necessary verbal and written communication, externally and internally, to prepare and negotiate suitable offers
7. Assist the company's partners in the region
- Assist sales partners within the region, providing them the required information and support in order for them to meet their target budgets.
Requirements
- Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical.
- Experience : 2 to 5 years in sales and tendering of Power System products.
