Sales Engineer – Transformer / Switchgear

Job description / Role

- Get enquiries (RFQ) from clients.
- Follow-up with Sales Support Engineers to submit Techno-Commercial offer on time.
- Follow-up with customer for securing purchase order.
- Obtain Pre/Post Bid Information regarding price competition, etc.
- Prepare and update sales follow-up reports and other sales reports.
- Communicate with Marketing Team/Customer for RFQs and prospective potential market segment.

Requirements

The incumbent must have min. 3-5 year experience, mainly in Electrical Engineering field. and particulars in:
1. Cost estimation and sales of Switchgear or Transformer (IEC/ANSI)
2. Sales of Switchgear or Transformer Products (IEC/ANSI), Marketing and tendering.

Education: BS Electrical Engineering (Power System Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Electrical Engineering, Power System Studies, Substation Automation, Cost Estimation and Sales. Thorough understanding of relevant techno-commercial tender documents, communication skills, interpersonal skills and sales skills.
