The RoleThe Role**Excellent Opportunity** One of the leading international manufacturers and developers of new innovative formwork systems - founded in early 1990's, providing advanced solutions, tailor-made service packages and excellent service quality. Due to expansion into the UAE, my Client is seeking Sales Engineers, individuals that have an in-depth and practical understanding of formwork. The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting products and consulting customers on the most cost effective formwork and shoring solution. The position provides the perfect platform for individuals looking to exercise their sales and entrepreneurial abilities. The successful candidate will manage and maintain all aspects of customer accounts and the order process including order placement and entry, follow up, price verification and product inquiries. Interact on a daily basis with all levels of staff as well as Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance personnel etc., to insure customer needs are met. Present formwork solutions to customers during the tender stage and the realization of project support, client credit management activities and pursue on-time-payment. You will be expected to communicate with customers/sales personnel regarding product availability, delivery dates, order cancellations, and order status via phone, fax and email in a fast-paced environment. Development new leads and acquire new customers and expand relations with current ones Competitive salary plus commission - dependent on experience |
RequirementsRequirementsApplicants should ideally hold a degree in Construction or Civil Engineering and possess an in-depth knowledge and previous experience about the construction market. In addition to experience,education and qualifications, the ideal applicant would be a responsible, self-motivated, professional individual. You will possess strong interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills along with a strong numerical aptitude. Also required, excellent communication skills in the English language – other spoken languages advantageous. Team player able to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment Proficient using Microsoft Office applications Willing and able to learn new products, concepts and techniques |
