Sales Engineer

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a well-established organisation within the electrical equipment industry. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Engineer to join their continually expanding team in Dubai.

As the Sales Engineer you will report to the Sales Manager and develop business volume in the UAE. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by maintaining current business and developing new business relationships, promoting the product line to consultants and potential clients.

You will also maintain relationships with key stakeholders ensuring quotations and enquiries are executed to completion. In addition you will review specifications and identify the appropriate solution for the submission of quotations to clients in coordination with the technical support team.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a Degree in an engineering subject only (preferably electrical) whilst advanced knowledge of ELV Systems and KNX experience is also an advantage. You should have excellent interpersonal skills alongside strong knowledge of working on high profile projects. Experience working in the GCC is essential.
