Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

High-End speaker manufacturer requires Sales Engineer.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Strategy:
1. Market development through creating demand
2. Planning and forecasting of product sales
3. Assist in launching and demonstrating new products whilst driving the sales of these products to meet assigned budgets
4. Maintain regular reporting on results to management
5. Market intelligence and feedback on regular basis

Sales Process:
1. Implement key strategic initiatives as directed by the business manager
2. Develop and maintain solid relationships at all levels with selected partners
3. Achieve annual goals as assigned by the business manager
4. Ensure that distribution is in line with the Divisions strategy
5. Develop relationships with key influencers to ensure the brand becomes the brand of choice
6. Collaborate with other team members as needed to ensure that divisional goals are met
7. Attend key trade shows and customer meetings

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience
The prospective candidate should be a motivated individual, with high levels of integrity and strong customer orientation. Specific attributes include:
- Exceptional customer focus
- Ability to work well in both team and entrepreneurial environments
- Affinity for solution selling
Sales experience of technical solutions for the Hospitality industry is a pre-requisite for all potential applicants. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Travel within the region may be required occasionally, but is not currently a requirement.
Education - Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical discipline is desirable. A minimum of 5 years sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Middle East is required.
