The RoleThe Role• Responding to the enquiries for sales business received by whatever means and converting these enquiries into orders • Actively soliciting potential customers and projects in the territory in order to secure business • In conjunction with management, producing plans budgets, forecasts (effectively using the FRF tool) and subsequent delivery against these plans. • Manage and maintain a pipeline of enquiries and business contacts capable of delivering the budget • Ensure the number of Prospect calls each month does not fall below the agreed standard. • Ensure there is a full knowledge of all the Key Customers decision makers and key influencers • Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status • Understand fully the products and services of RMDK and how they compare with the competition so that the product presentations can be delivered effectively and skillfully • Devise the most profitable way to win and service business for the company. Territory The position is in Tripoli, Libya to support the growth of the market in the North Africa through the established office set up there and through the Regional Office in the UAE. From time to time enquiries will be received from the territories covered by other RMD companies. In these situations the expectation is that the salesman will work closely with the managers and staffs of those companies in order to assist them secure such potential business. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will: - have a Civil Engineering background - have General sales experience (two years minimum) - be Arabic speaking (essential) - have a Formwork experience (desirable) - have a driving license |
