Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The company is an IT company and is a leading player in IP based networking products and video networking solutions.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the sales organization to influence project with customers visits together with KAM and product demonstrations and pilot installations.
- Provide internal and external assistance during the Sales Process to include delivering product demonstrations to customers.
- Work together with the integrator and/or software development partner during the project sales process, to include managing the RFP process
- Supporting sales organization in tender and RFP/RFQ process and answering project related questions from the KAMs and Inside Sales colleagues.
- Helping the sales organization to qualify tenders in order to select projects which will give a return of investment in time and energy to close the deal.
- Extends network of consultants that specify the company's product in tenders and support them with information, updates and training so they are able to successfully specify projects.
- Continuously keep the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products and features in order to offer the best possible solution to the needs of the customers.
- Work with the central/global pre-sales organization and develop written pre-sales material of technical nature, both in the form of articles and PowerPoint presentations.
- Helping sales organization to increase knowledge on the product portfolio and handle the Key Account organization as an internal customer

Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in pre-sales within the IT channel preferred with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applications with sound knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP), VMS software and hardware technology an advantage
- Attained industrial certification from CISCO, Nortel Networks, Microsoft with technical experience.
- Ability to provide effective presentations and demonstrations to all levels of people including corporate management.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; and the ability to communicate fluently in English
- Fluent in Arabic.
- High level of self-initiative, self-motivation and sales oriented.
