Sales Excellence Trainer

Job description / Role

A luxury brand is seeking a Sales Excellence Trainer for their boutiques across the GCC. This person will be based at the Regional Headquarters in Dubai and will be required to travel to Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar. The role is responsible for the training of 9 boutiques across the GCC.

Accountabilities:

* Provide training to store Staff, constantly enhancing selling skills, and development of the future additional modules
* Coaching to the Store Managers, Retail Managers, staff on selling skills aspects
* Work with store managers/teams on KPIs and prepare action plans related to their results
* Develop and follow up action plans related to Mystery Shopping initiatives in coordination with CMDs, Retail Managers, Store Managers
* Coaching on the importance of the Visual Merchandising, competition knowledge and brand/product stories to maximize sales performance
* Organize and perform follow up sessions at store level
* Ensure proper deployment of the training related materials
* Organize and perform follow up sessions for openings/renovation or headcount rotation/turnover
* Coordination with HR Department (Development and Training) for action plans related to Store Managers and staff on soft skills training

Requirements

* Relevant experience in training/sales (5 years) preferably for luxury business.
