Job description / Role
To sell Company products & luxury property to new and existing clients.
• Presents a professional sales representation of products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of assigned market.
• Produce new leads through owner referral and self generation.
• Keep track of leads and opportunities using the in house software.
• Represents the products in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
• Attends all departmental sales training and development programs
• Sets a high standard level of performance in regards to cancellation and default rates.
• Provide proper information and communication to all managers.
Requirements
Must have a proven record in the sale of luxury-tier goods or services.
• Must have at least 2 year of direct /agency sales experience, preferably consumer sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Thorough understanding of local area & market.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be highly driven and a self-starter
• Must have a valid UAE D/L & own.
• Fluent Farsi speakers required.
• Previous “branded” property sales experience preferred.
Should be available on short notice & be on a transferable visa.
