Job description / Role
1. To follow up day-to-day business relationship with HORECA customers
2. Follow up on daily order collection, processing & packing, timely delivery follow up, quality check and co-ordinate with respective departments for smooth operations.
3. Maintain excellent relationship with customer, specifically with delivery receiving team, Chefs etc. and be always available to them.
4. Collect statement of accounts and answer customer queries regarding any transaction.
5. To report quality/ claim situations immediately to Sales Manager - HORECA, receive customer complaint, follow up internally and communicate and ensure satisfactorily redress customer complaints.
6. In case of delivery rejection, ensure replacement of delivery in least possible time. In case of urgent delivery, ensure to support customer in the best possible manner.
7. Must regularly visit customers sites and find ways to improve product quality and service level continuously. Report feedback to Sales Manager - HORECA.
Requirements
1. Graduate from recognized university.
2. Must possess driving license.
3. Must have 5 years experience serving HORECA industry out of which UAE experience of 2-3 years is must.
4. Seafood selling experience is preferable.
5. Must be familiar with Hygiene, safety, HACCP and ISO standards and Local municipality regulations.
6. Must be fluent in English, Arabic an Advantage.
7. Must have good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
