Employment: Full Time

Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 15 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio and Sanyo as well as Yanmar marine engines in the country.

Achieve or exceed allocated unit sales targets by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager to consolidate market share, improve brand image and strengthen brand equity.

A) SALES VOLUME:
Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for his/her area of operation, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige.

B) BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:
Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target for new bikes and accessory sales.

C) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Achieves or exceeds his CSI objectives thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

D) COMPANY SALES SYSTEM AND PROSPECTING SYSTEM:
Adheres to company sales system and prospecting system. Achieves or exceeds the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.

E) CASH AND CREDIT CONTROL:
Ensures that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers. This ensures safety of cash and minimal chances of any loss.

F) IMPROVEMENT AND UPGRADATION OF KNOWLEDGE
Constantly improves and updates his knowledge, especially about product range, features, and generally about the bikes industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills which enhance his performance considerably.

G) SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Coordinate with customer on service requirements and liaise with him to assist customer in obtaining prompt after-sales attention.

H) DEMONSTRATORS
Proper and professional use of demonstrator motorbikes for business use.

I) EVENTS
Assist with arrangements and attend promotional events as and when required.

Requirements

* Must have at least 3 years of sales experience, at least 1 year in bikes sales.
* Must be bike enthusiasts and ride bikes themselves
* Must be interested in bikes i.e. follow bikes trends, read bikes magazines, etc.
