Sales Executive - Honda Parts - OMASCO - Oman

We are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Sales Executive to be based in Muscat. The position is responsible for managing and achieving parts sales target according to plan, developing sales volumes in the designated area, determining replacement parts required, suggesting additional related parts to improve sales, handling and providing prices for telephonic enquiries, preparing sales orders, invoices and delivering parts, receiving payment or obtaining credit authorisation, advising to the customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available, examining returned parts for defects, and ensuring exchange / refund of defective parts, conducting inventory of stock, etc.

The position will be part of the Honda Parts team, and will report to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

You will be a Degree/Diploma holding Omani national with at least 2-3 years of experience within spare parts operations, preferably at an automotive parts sales counter. You will possess good written and oral communication skills (English & Arabic).

Good knowledge of MS Office tools and Windows applications, sound technical knowledge, etc. are some of the requisites for the position. You will be proactive, hardworking, flexible and a team player with keeness to learn.
