The RoleThe RoleOur well-reputed client, a value added reseller IT Services & Solutions, is seeking a Sales Executive to engage in business development and sales activities for its IT Securities Division. Key Responsibilities: Formulates strategic business plan for assigned market space/industry. Identifies and presents to target clients. Conducts targeted marketing of outstanding candidates to clients. Pro actively ensures up-to-date knowledge of the clients products and services. Networking – maintains contacts in associations, attend seminars, etc. Builds and maintains positive relationships with past and present clients and targets. Provides innovation in business development initiatives to stay ahead of modern business practice. Engagement in direct sales activities Identifying and targeting potential clients Developing client relationships and closing deals Account management of top clients Determines and undertakes marketing strategies for contacting and building relationships with clients. Secures work on favorable business terms while also ensuring the best outcome for the client. Exceeds expectations in terms of delivery. Ensures quality in all written and verbal communication with clients. Conducts post-assignment reviews with clients. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeally you will come from an IT Background – preferably in IT Security Good sales experience with a reputation for knowledge of the market and quality delivery. Ideally knowledge of and experience in GCC/Middle East markets. A solid understanding of sales cycle through to delivery. Strong commercial acumen in: client negotiations; closing deals; securing retainers. Demonstrated track record in meeting/exceeding personal billing targets. Strong business development and ability to build effective business relationships. Ability to develop and execute client strategies to achieve target outcomes. Strong network of business contacts and influencing skills at a senior level. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High levels of achievement drive. Self-managing. Intuition and sound judgment of character and capabilities. High degree of emotional intelligence. Advanced problem solving abilities Very flexible and adaptable Highly resilient Gravitas/memorability Team player |
