Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a market leader in the travel retail space who have been providing high end private labels and their own brand of luxury goods into the travel retail market for over a decade. Our client is undergoing a period of expansion and seeking to penetrate the domestic market. They are looking to hire a Sales Executive to introduce their products to this market.
This role will involve making new business calls to book meetings and attend face to face meetings to bring on new retailers to stock this range of high end luxury products. You will supervise a small team of merchandisers to ensure all new and existing clients are serviced to a high standard and have the stock they require. You will also be accountable for reporting market trends and working alongside the Managing Director on strategic plans to ensure new business opportunities are maximised.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a successful track record in identifying and closing new business within the luxury retail market along with the ability to present and pitch at a senior level. Due to the nature of the brand you should be presentable and a representation of a luxury product base. It is essential you speak fluent English whilst French or Arabic would be highly beneficial. A driven, enthusiastic and sales eager candidate is required for this role.
