Job description / Role
A leading global pharmaceutical company, Headquartered in Germany, is looking to recruit experienced sales executives - pharmaceutical (otc) to join their dynamic team of professionals in Dammam branch. The desired candidate must be a sales professional, preferably with FMCG, pharmaceutical or medical background.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving expedited growth in designated sales territories in the Dammam market. The successful candidate will work directly with the distributor team to ensure the monthly/annual sales objectives for the relevant product lines are achieved. He/ she will monitor and guarantee the efficient distribution of the companys products, by running display and promotion activities, as well as rendering a professional level of services to the customers in the assigned territory. The role foresees working in close collaboration with the distributors and business partner personnels.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business administration or Science
- 3 to 5 years territory sales experience in a FMCG/ OTC distribution company
- Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG or OTC
- Extensive experience in working in key distributors and customers
- Experience in new business development
- Team player & demonstrate leadership
- Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities
- Fluent in English
