Job description / Role
We have a vacancy with a very reputed firm for their offices in Dubai.
The role would include:
• Sales/Marketing of High end & Luxury properties in Dubai
• Negotiating on & closing deals
• Responsible for supporting clients on all aspects of property investment cycle including property identification, financing and closing.
• Continuing to build expertise in the re-sale market.
• Extensive and loyal client list as evidence by high number of repeating customers.
• Following up with clients to ensure that the payments meet schedules
• Verified compliance with updated RERA regulations.
Requirements
Good communication skills
Excellent language skills
Must speak either - Russian, Turkish, Arabic or Farsi
Must have an outgoing personality
Must be a go getter
Should have previous experience in Sales
Should be very confident
