The RoleThe RoleFacilitate the sale & purchase of property(ies) through promoting WFC outside of the project location Proactively source leads through existing real estate agencies in Dubai Work alongside existing real estate agencies in Dubai Promote WFC to expat communities and other target demographics through the region Promote sales of properties in WFC through events and exhibitions. Coordinate appointments to offer units to prospective buyers. Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms. Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about the Lebanese real estate market. Develop networks relative and high profile contacts who can be the source of referrals; high profile Lebanese expats, Business Councils, Consulates, Banks, Attorneys, Mortgage lenders etc. Preparation of Sales Documentation Support the local team in the preparation & issuance of new / revised sales documentation to clients. Facilitating of any special transactions such as consolidations / transfers across projects and manage the document / authority requirements with the help of legal team. Assisting clients with legal documentation – both internal & external. Collections of initial installments due on projects are followed up in a timely manner and collections are made at the earliest possible dates. Client Relations Serves as an interface to the regional Clients in building and maintaining the ongoing business relationship, during and after the initial implementation of Client set-up, with regard to operational needs, communication, Client service and performance. Plans and leads Client relationship status calls, including scheduling, planning, communications, and post meeting review notes and dissemination of notes internally and to Client and provides follow-up on open issues Escalate any and all concerns to appropriate Management Team members for resolution including communication with the Client where appropriate Follow up with Clients regarding a variety of issues. Tracks and follows up to ensure resolution of issues. Proactively notifies Clients of any delays or issues Knows all pertinent project requirements (program, design, up-sell, cross-sell, etc) Conducts regular visits to Clients, as needed |
RequirementsRequirementsPersonal targets should be in excess of US$20m per annum. At least one years experience in Real Estate sales. Experience in Lebanese Real Estate and a complete understanding and knowledge of Lebanon. Experienced in negotiation and deal closing. Required to be computer literate. Must set objectives & achieve high international standards with regard to MAF standards. Must be a team player and be able to work with all levels of management. Must be able to work with purchasers& provide possible further opportunities for those challenged retailers within the Centre. Must be able to provide the necessary customer service requirements for the project able to respond to customer inquiries. Should be self-motivated with an aggressive and a positive attitude towards customer service. Can demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. The market is very competitive; so, should have the stamina for sustained effort as well as the ability to motivate the marketing and customer service team to retain the MAF's lead in the market. |
